Quite a bit of progress -- from Plaster to Moulding to Paint to Tile!

So, I haven't posted any real updates since mid-June, which is about the time we left Boston and headed for Cape Cod.  Much has happened since then, all good, as shown by the following photos:

This was mid-June on a Sunday when we were leaving the Cape and heading back to our hotel.  The kids and dogs were relaxing in the yard while we checked out the progress inside.

Work progressing on the outside of the house.

The railing on the front porch was removed and since it's not really needed, it won't be replaced.

Our temporary mailbox in thimble of the porch!

Painters priming the side of the house

Moulding is now complete!  Ceiling moulding is in all rooms except the third floor (where the ceilings aren't 90 degrees to the walls, so no moulding there) and window and door moulding is throughout the whole house!

The hardwood for the floors was delivered on Monday 7/25!

Third Floor sky light installed over staircase!

The floor in the shower is made of pebbles!

Plant room on Monday -- Windows came in too short, so above them was framed out.

Plant Room three days later -- walls were plastered and window molding was added and primed.  I love when we can see changes happening this quickly!
